If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
In the unlikely scenario that our dispatch team processes your order incorrectly, please contact email@example.com with your order number and we will get this rectified for you as quickly as possible.
If you believe your product is faulty please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to look into it for you. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for allergic reactions or skin conditions. Always read the ingredients and directions of use before placing your order. Please note, faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
