Unfortunately, we’re unable to make amends to your order once it’s been processed. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact hello@dotsforspots within one hour of purchase and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee it. If your order has already been shipped, we will be unable to cancel it.
In the unlikely scenario that our dispatch team processes your order incorrectly, please contact hello@dotsforspots.com with your order number and we will get this rectified for you as quickly as possible.
If you believe your product is faulty please contact hello@dotsforspots.com and we will do our best to look into it for you. We are unable to accept returns or process refunds for allergic reactions or skin conditions. Always read the ingredients and directions of use before placing your order. Please note, faulty items must be declared within 30 days of purchase and shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Peel a dot from the sheet. Press it directly onto the spot. That is the whole application.
ABSORB
The hydrocolloid gel pulls fluid and impurities out of the pore, drawing it up into the patch.
PROTECT
The patch forms a physical barrier so bacteria stay out — and your fingers stay off.
REMOVE
When the translucent center turns opaque white, the patch is done. Peel it off and throw it out.
